Returns and exhanges

If your purchase is not quite what you expected, you can send it back – unopened – within one week of receiving your order. Either exchange it for another item or we can provide a refund.

Please send items for an exchange or refund to: Charity Tea, 26 Waldorf Crescent, Orewa, Auckland 0931, New Zealand.

You will need to cover the cost of returning unwanted items to us. But we will cover the cost of sending you a replacement, if you require one. 

 

Report a problem

If you believe there to be a problem or fault with an item you have ordered, please contact us directly with your concerns and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.

A problem with your order must be reported within 30 days of receiving the goods.

 

Missing order

Our team will process your order ready for shipping within two working days. See our shipping and delivery page for the estimated delivery timeframes based on your location.

If you have not received your order within five working days of your estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate this for you.
